Link Project Services (hereafter referred to as Link, we &/or us) recognizes and respects your privacy, and therefore wish to indicate how we manage your personal information. We are committed to, and hereby adopt, the National Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act in each of the countries where Link operates.

Link has systems and procedures in place to protect your privacy whenever we collect, use, store or disclose your personal information.

We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which you have disclosed it to us. However, we may share your personal information where this is necessary to prevent a serious threat to health or safety or is required by law or to enforce the law.

Link regularly seeks applications for employment to be submitted online or via email. Should your application be unsuccessful we will retain your application and use it whilst considering other employment opportunities with us (unless you expressly advise Link not to use your employment application for this purpose). We make an assurance to you that your personal information remains confidential.
